REMINDER REQUESTS
Insurance is one of those facets of your life that is necessary but probably not important in your day-to-day life. As a result, a policy could easily expire leaving you uninsured.
Hopefully we will have a more efficient method of providing this service in the near future. However, in the meantime, if you would like us to provide a reminder, please email us using the Email Us link on the bottom left corner of this page. Include your name, phone number, email address, postal code, the type of policy that is expiring (ICBC, home, business, etc.) and your expiry date.
Be absolutely certain that you provide accurate information so that we are able to contact you. Once we receive your request, we will email or phone you to confirm that we are in receipt of your information.
If you do not receive confirmation, that means we have not received your information and cannot provide a reminder. In such cases, please phone our Hotline number or your local office to provide the information. And remember to update your contact information if changes occur prior to the expiry date. Again we can't be responsible if we don't have the correct contact information.
Once we have recorded your information, we will contact you approximately three weeks prior to the expiry date to remind you and review your coverages.
